Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park

Philippines, Philippines

This park features a spectacular karst landscape of limestone and an underground river. One of the river's most notable features is that it emerges directly into the sea, with its lower portion being subject to tidal influences. Because this site contains a full 'mountain-to-sea' ecosystem, the area represents a renown habitat for biodiversity conservation.
